For larger groups (over 10 guests, up to 16 maximum), additional staff are provided to ensure an elevated level of service.

Low Season (May 1 – Oct 31): USD $5,000 per night (3-night minimum)
High Season (Nov 1 – Apr 30): USD $7,000 per night (5-night minimum)
Spring Break (Mar 28 – Apr 12): USD $9,000 per night (7-night minimum)
Thanksgiving (Nov 24 – 30): USD $9,000 per night (5-night minimum)
Christmas (Dec 17 – Dec 26): USD $13,000 per night (7-night minimum)
New Year’s (Dec 26 – Jan 5): USD $15,000 per night (7-night minimum)
Additional: Daily F&B contribution USD $100 per adult / $50 per child, 21% taxes + 10% service fee, 50% deposit to confirm booking.
