Annual airtime can be exchanged at global locations within Fairmont Heritage Place, Fairmont Hotels, Raffles and Swissotel, as well as destinations within The Registry Collection.

Unlike a timeshare model, everyone is a co-owner of the residence, allowing the opportunity to enjoy the equity in the property and facilitating the process of owning a dream vacation home.
