Her professional journey includes working at Walt Disney World, where she refined her ability to anticipate clients’ needs and deliver world-class service with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
In 2013, Luisa made the Riviera Maya her home. After seven years in destination management, she gained extensive local knowledge and a deep appreciation for the region’s lifestyle, culture, and luxury market. In 2020, she transitioned into real estate, combining her hospitality expertise with a passion for helping clients make confident and informed real estate decisions.
