The finishes of these villas are mainly made with materials from the region, some of their floors were specially brought from Guadalajara, there are many details of decoration and architecture such as ceilings with wooden beams, polished cement, Mayan Chukum paste, which is a mixture from the resin of the tree of the same name with white cement and limestone, which serves very well as a thermal insulator on the wall; handmade ceramics, large windows framed in aluminum and wood from the region. Soft indirect and strategic lighting in each space. In some of the bathrooms there are bathtubs with views of the vegetation, and relaxing jacuzzis.
