Sara Plaga

Born in Milan, Italy, Sara Plaga started her career in one of the world´s leading providers of insurance and reinsurance, brokerage and associated services, where she generated prestigious corporative clients with offices worldwide, of the transportation and pharmaceutical industries among others.
Her position in the company grew exponentially because in less than two years her work represented 30% of the portfolio of the company and realized that sales was her nature. However, motivated by a new urge to live in a place more in touch with nature and a spirit of freedom, is how from 1994 she found herself living in Playa del Carmen and working in the Hotel Industry for the firsts 10 years. There she developed her skills to negotiate and deal with people from different places and cultures, expanded her capacity to understand their expectations, and so sharpened her intuition and ability to understand the needs of others.
A few years later, with the impressive growth of the Riviera Maya and the realty market, she returned to sales, working as a real estate consultant.
Her personal experience has been totally fullfiling and inspiring, to the point where 15 years later she still likes her job career and thinks that this has turned in a real passion. In the area where we live, there is a lot of competition these days. For this reason her main challenge is to stay always alert, competitive and actualized, in order to provide a serious and professional service that excedes her clients’ expectations.
